In Ulan-Ude, an avid gardener plundered a rented house for the garden. On April 18, the police received a message from the 37-year-old resident of the Zakamensky district. He said that the tenant abducted from his house in the capital of auto parts, lumber and furniture. The man estimated the damage in the amount of more than 175 thousand rubles, the Republican Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
As it turned out, the man discovered the loss in the summer of 2020. Then the owner of the house decided to sell the auto parts that were littered in the fence. But for some reason I did not find them. It turned out that the 55-year-old tenant decided to dispose of them in his own way and handed everything to the metal intake. Spare parts prevented him and his wife to break the garden in the courtyard of the house.
– It also turned out that the man drank three cubic meters of lumber on firewood and gave part of the furniture from his home for use to his relatives. The citizen promised to compensate the damage and gave a receipt to the applicant as a guarantor of fulfillment of the obligation. However, he never returned the amount in full: the owner of the things turned to the police.
The police detained a cunning tenant. It turned out that he did not assume that he violated the law.
Earlier, the man was already prosecuted for property crimes, as well as crimes against life and health, noted in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A criminal case has been opened. The investigation continues.
