After the victory over Dynamo, Izvestia was given by the Ural midfielder Andrei Egorchev, who shared his opinion on the struggle for survival in the RPL and unexpected competition at the bottom of the table with Spartak.

– This situation crushed all season. But after we rebuilt into four defenders and began to play more on the attack, everyone was very happy. We began to play more in the pass, to possess the ball more, create moments, play the attack, there were more programs. Due to this, our spirit rose, and we began to play better.

– At the same time, when in the beginning of autumn the Ural was rebuilt to the game in three central defenders, you have such concrete in the defense that almost no one was lost.

– They almost did not lose, but at the same time they created little in the attack.

– It is more convenient for you to skip and score more than playing with one hop to be on zero?

– Maybe yes. (Laughs.) It is better to score and win more than to stand behind and have one point from which it is difficult to squeeze something. But I don’t know, it’s generally difficult to talk about this topic. Our coach and his headquarters choose a scheme, we just have to fulfill our task on the field.

-Because of this rebuilding for a game of four defenders in March, there was a heavy segment without victories, because of which the Ural was in last place?

– It is hard to say. Probably.

– Are you now before the next match with Spartak (goes the tenth in the standings, is ahead of the Ural by seven points. – Izvestia) feel that you play for survival with a competitor?

– They have a good team. Yes, they are not very good, but there will be a difficult game with us. Let's see how everything will turn out.

– In the game, do they deserve their current place?

– I don’t know, I will not comment on it.

– Is there a desire to send Spartak to the zone of transitional matches, create a story?

– We do not think about it. We think about ourselves how to rise above.

– Now there is more confidence that everything will end well for you and you will not fly out?

– I always believed that we can show our strong qualities and play better. So for me it is not surprising that we won the last two matches, rebuilt into a new scheme. I believed that we could get out of a difficult situation. God forbid, it will turn out in the end to avoid departure.

– Rumors continue to walk that the RPL either wants to make a moratorium on the flight, then a moratorium on a direct flight so that the last two teams go to transitional matches.

– We do not look at that. We must solve our problem ourselves – get out of this zone, save a place in the RPL, avoiding joints. And then it is not for us to make decisions.
