Citizens being recipients of the monthly allowance for children (237 rubles for each child, or 474 rubles for children of single mothers) provide the following documents:

1) an application for the provision of an additional measure of social support to citizens by paying the cost of food for children from low-income families studying in general educational institutions of the Tver region.

2) a copy of the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (another document proving the identity of the applicant);

3) a copy of the child's birth certificate.

Citizens not being recipients of the monthly allowance for children, additionally provide the following documents:

1) information about the composition of the family and family members, indicating the degree of relationship and date of birth, confirming the fact of residence on the territory of the Tver region;

2) certificates of income of family members for the 3 months preceding the month of application: wages (2NDFL), allowances, alimony, pensions, scholarships, etc.);

3) for the unemployed: a copy of the work book + a certificate from the employment center stating that the citizen is registered as unemployed looking for a job.
