For example, at the Yaroslavl half marathon of the Golden Ring in 2018, among participants at a distance of 21.1 km, there were 46% of people over 35 years old, in 2019 – 51%. The increase in age groups of 40 – 55 years is also obvious. This suggests that runners from the age of 40 have desires, opportunities and preparation. We must give them a chance to realize a form! For whom is the competition?
The Russian Championship in the Masters category is organized for participants aged 35 to 84 years.
Runners with results that meet the standards are allowed to participate in the championship. Detailed information is indicated in the championship.
How to take part?
To study the terms of participation. Read the situation and regulations and make sure that your running portfolio has a result that meets the championship standards.
Send the protocol. Send by e -mail [email protected] a link to the final protocol of the competition, at which a standard at a distance of 10 km or 21.1 km was made, indicating the name, date of birth and email used for registration in the championship.
Get a promotional code. Wait for checking the protocol and letters from the organizers with a personal promotional code for registration for the championship.
Register and pay for the starting fee. Activate your promotional code for registration on the website www.goldenringrun.ru, pressing the Register button.
For participants in the Russian Championship (women aged 55 to 84 years, men aged 60 to 84), the discount from the organizers –50% of the current cost of registration is maintained.
Prizes
The winners and prize-winners of the Russian championship in each age group (men and women) are awarded with diplomas and souvenirs, and all participants receive a finisher's medal for the half marathon Hey, Kostroma!.
