Every year on April 7, sports events are held in all schools of the Azov district. On this day, schools seem to become one, because on the day of health everyone is involved: students, teachers and even parents.
Everyone begins in different ways, someone from classroom hours “Sports is the key to health”, and someone with a school-wide charging. April 7, usually everyone comes in sportswear: both schoolchildren and teachers.
For younger children, outdoor games are organized, for high school they arrange basketball and volleyball competitions, many love football.
– This is a special sight! It is usually more interesting to watch fans, not players, see their emotions, ”says the teacher.
In some competitions, teams of teachers and parents' teams also take part, sometimes there are mixed teams, all this, of course, looks very cool!
Health Day is a good tradition in many schools. It is carried out so that people can understand how much health means in their lives, and decide what they need to do to make people's health around the world better.
Also annually, on April 7, many schools take a race for a distance of 1 and 2 km, many schoolchildren are preparing in advance, everyone wants to come the first and win with their rivals.
Command relay races
Sport not only helps to keep themselves in good shape, but also teaches children to teamwork, interact with the team and find a common language.
Exciting for the teams is considered to be a kangaroo relay. It includes the jumping of the child on the 2nd trampoline, rearranged by parents forward. And then the movement of all members of the team to the finish line in 4 hoops. And in a very unusual way, so that everyone is in 2 hoops and the child must be ahead.
Many guys like the relay race Pass on another. Teams line up in columns, the first player receives the ball. At a certain distance, a hoop in which the player throws the ball in front of each team. The second participant in the team catches the ball, and the first meanwhile takes a place at the end of the column.If the ball is not caught, then the third player runs after him. Next, the ball throws the second player. The team wins in which the ball will return to the first player faster.
Cycles
Svetlana Surkova is conducted by the Aspect school sports club, where the guys go on various trips. For one lesson, they can drive more than 5 km! Everything is one after another, carefully so that no one is lost.
– Discipline is very important here! – notes Svetlana.
The guys drive in various places of the Azov district, to the neighboring villages, to the Blue Lake. Their longest journey was to a small medical Lake Pelenkino – in total they drove more than 20 km!
One of the new traditions in the Aspect school sports club has appeared a cycling for Russia Day, where everyone can take part: both children and any resident of the Azov district.
All participants are suitable very creatively and with a taste for a bicycle race: on each bicycle the flags of Russia were attached, many on the cheeks had drawings with the symbols of our country and the most important attribute – a good mood.
We take an example from teachers
Our teachers are not just teaching our children, they are a real example and guideline for our future generations. One of these examples is the teacher of the Samara secondary school No. 1 – Daria Aleksandrovna Shvets.
She takes an active part in the All-Russian-Online race in honor of the Teacher's Day. In between lessons and the celebration of her professional holiday, Daria Alexandrovna last year ran a distance of 5 km in 31 minutes. And she showed a good result.

Scandinavian walking. This is walking with sticks, thanks to which the load is distributed evenly, all muscles are involved. Its advantage is that it is suitable for people of any age and physical shape.
Jumping with a skipper. There are remarkable in that they can be done at home. It is enough to do 10-15 minutes every day. Excellent racing replacement if there is bad weather on the street.
Swimming. Excellent and comfortable training for all muscle groups, fatigue in water is almost not felt.

A child who plays sports can distribute his free time, he is disciplined, active. Strict compliance with the rules of training and participation in competitions, a clear execution of the trainer’s instructions, excellent behavior in training sessions, at school and at home – the coach draws attention to all this.
Why do we need sport in life?
