Design features:

  • The assembly of the ball joint is carried out by plastic deformation of the upper part of the housing. As a result, high values ​​of pull-out force of the ball pin from the housing are achieved (2 times higher than the standard), high safety during operation is ensured.
  • Sealing rings of a protective cover provide full tightness of knot.
  • The material of the protective cover series Champion provides strength 3-4 times higher than that of rubber, while maintaining elasticity.
  • Operable at temperatures from -65°С to +110°С.
  • The coating of the case provides protection of the product against corrosion during operation.
  • Lubricant ShRB-4 is already placed under the protective cover of the product in the required amount, so there is no need for additional lubrication.
  • The actual mileage reaches 100,000 km.

Ball joints Track of the Champion series are recommended for VAZ cars of the model range from VAZ 2101 to VAZ 2115, Lada Kalina and Lada Priora, Lada 4 * 4 (VAZ 2121), Chevrolet Niva, for GAZ 3110 and its modifications.
