Xbox Live Gold Subscribers Get Yoku's Island Express, The Inner World Sequel And More In May
Microsoft has announced the Games with Gold free games for Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in May on the official Xbox news blog.

As always, this month's Xbox Live Gold lineup features four games (two each from Xbox One and Xbox 360). In May 2022, users are waiting for:
- Yoku's Island Express Pinball Metroidvania (Xbox One) – May 1-31
- old-school point-and-click quest The Inner World – The Last Wind Monk (Xbox One) – from May 16 to June 15; arcade racing Hydro Thunder Hurricane (Xbox 360) – from May 1 to 15;
- Viva Piñata Party Animals mini-game collection (Xbox 360) from May 16 to May 31.
Microsoft reminds that, regardless of the platform of origin, all projects from the May Games with Gold selection are available on Xbox One, as well as Xbox Series X and S as part of the backward compatibility program.
As a reminder, users can still activate games from the April Games with Gold lineup: Another Sight (until April 30), Hue (until May 15) and the twice-distributed MX vs. ATV Alive (also until April 30).
The May selection of the main competitor of Xbox Live Gold – PlayStation Plus – was announced last Wednesday and includes FIFA 22 (PS4 and PS5), Tribes of Midgard (also PS4 and PS5) and Curse of the Dead Gods (PS4 only).
