After some time, they decided to order bookcases, as well as the previous furniture from Malaysia, when ordering, I was warned that the expectation of 2 months (on order), I agreed, two months later silence, I called to clarify the delivery, they told me that the day off The day, the information cannot be clarified, and they will call me back on weekdays, but no one called back. I called myself, they said it was not yet clear when the goods will be available. A month passed, the story repeated, promised to call back and did not call back. The branch in St. Petersburg leaves much to be desired, no customer-orientation to regular customers. I planned to order racks, but obviously not in this store. I also ask you to notice any discount when repeated order.
