Dodo is a global chain of pizzerias originally from Syktyvkar. We want people all over the world to eat delicious hot pizza with a thick layer of aromatic topping, and we succeed. Here's how the network has grown since its inception:
To grow further, we need people who will work with pleasure every day. Therefore, work on an equal footing is our main principle. With us, it manifests itself through respect, standards and the opportunity to be ourselves.
Respect for everyone
For us, respect is not a privilege, but a familiar way of communicating. It is not customary for us to scold subordinates, complain about each other and shout. A cashier, manager or manager is only a set of duties, and not an indicator of how respectfully you need to communicate with this person, because respect is the norm of work.

In Dodo, it is only important how a person copes with duties, corrects mistakes and learns to work better. Therefore, every day the guys from Dodo go to work and know that they are appreciated there.
In order for the principle of equality to be respected for all, we strictly follow the standards.
Standards for everyone
The Dodo is obsessed with standards, everyone is equal before the standards. The cashier, pizza maker, manager, manager and every leader have them. Standards do not depend on gender and age, and male cashiers clean the floor in a pizzeria on a par with female cashiers.
We have instructions for each situation: how to lay out dishes, talk with guests, and offer novelties. Therefore, even beginners feel great in Dodo. It is enough to get trained and learn the rules to work on an equal footing with experienced guys.

This all does the work comfortable: each employee knows exactly what situation is in, and if he doesn’t know what to do, he knows who to turn to.
And although everything is strictly standardized with us, we are doing everything so that employees can remain themselves.
The opportunity to be yourself
We are not interested in robots-we want each employee to remain himself and bring himself to our common cause. We will accept you with and without tattoos, with any hair color, any nationality, political views and musical preferences.

Each employee has a space for decisions. For example, we have a principle of respect for the guest, but this does not mean that every cashier should communicate with formal and stiff scripts. If you like to joke with strangers, no one will prohibit this to Dodo. And if you do not like to communicate, we will not force.
Assessments from employees
Every month in Dodo, we find out how satisfied with their work and what they do not like. For this, we have an index of happiness.
Employees fill out a special questionnaire where they assess the employer and write their comments. We collect all profiles, process and distribute reviews on departments or specific pizzerias to work out.
Impartial control
All Pizzerias Dodo in the world are controlled by one system – Dodo IS. She keeps records of everything that happens in the pizzeria, including work schedules. Once a week, a cashier, manager, pizzamaker enters Dodo IP and note which days they will work next week. Dodo IS says: Recorded! – And it does not allow anyone to quietly put an extra shift to the employee.
At the same time, in Dodo, the employee sees how much he earned this month, and, if little, appoints himself more working hours.
Education
To come to work in Dodo, you do not need a special education or work experience: we will teach everything you need.
The new employee is an interns. He undergoes training, passes the exam and becomes a candidate. In the role of a candidate, a beginner practices several shifts and becomes a full -fledged employee.
We have all the possibilities for growth: cashiers become managers and grow to managers.
We support the desire to develop, so almost all the managers in the pizzeria are those who once came to Dodo experience.
We invite you to work on an equal footing!
We are glad to everyone who wants to come to work with pleasure and cook, sell and deliver delicious pizza every day. Join!
